I needed FRP and an IMEI repair. The process was fast 15-20 min for both and my phone was back online. Had a few questions along the way and tech was there in the chat to provide guidance when necessary. But after the initial set-up, it was pretty much the tech doing his thing in the background until all way completed.

IMEI was changed and carrier unlocked at the same time. Have not had a problem using on AT&T, although it shows up as an unknown phone than a S20+. Service quick and easy, minimal time spent on the computer with the technician.

Wow was I shocked and surprised that they actually did the impossible. They carrier unlocked my sprint Samsung S9 plus. I can now use my T-Mobile sim card.
